The essentials

Catalan Fuet Espetec Extra: the thin Catalan sausage in a natural casing. PGI Chorizo sweet or spicy, 100% natural and additive-free: pork, paprika, garlic, salt. Lomo Reserve: pork loin dried and aged for 9 months with paprika, the leanest cut. TSG Serrano Ham (Traditional Specialty Guaranteed) sliced, in 500g blocks, or whole boneless, aged from 12 to 24 months. Jamón Bellota 100% Iberian, black label, acorn-fed pork, aged for 36 months.

To taste it all at once, the Iberian Box brings together chorizo, lomo, a quarter of Serrano ham, and two fuets.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between fuet and saucisson?
Fuet is a thinner Catalan sausage, dried for less time: it has a softer texture and a milder flavor.

Serrano or Bellota?

Does the chorizo contain additives?
Not ours: our PGI chorizos contain only pork meat, paprika, garlic, and salt (plus cayenne pepper for the spicy version).
