Why dry charcuterie travels well
All our charcuterie is dry-cured and vacuum-packed: saucisson, dry sausages, fuet, chorizo, lomo, sliced or whole boneless ham. No cold chain is needed in transit, and everything keeps for several weeks in a cool place on arrival. The best-before date is on each piece. Our tips: how to store a dry saucisson.
What our Belgian customers order most
- Aperitif boxes, from the Mini Box for two to the XXL Box for ten: the French-Spanish board, ready to serve.
- Handmade Auvergne saucisson and medal-winning dry sausages.
- Spanish charcuterie: additive-free PGI chorizo, Catalan fuet, lomo, Serrano TSG.
- Whole boneless hams for celebrations and restaurants.
- Gift boxes, delivered directly to the recipient.
