A passion for craftsmanship and tradition

My name is Hugo, I am 35 years old, and for the past 10 years, I have been dedicated to promoting artisanal cured meats such as saucisson, ham, lomo, and chorizo. My passion for authentic flavors and respect for traditions has led me to collaborate with local producers in France and Spain, to share their unique expertise.

The origin of Saucback

Saucback was born from a simple idea: to allow everyone to rediscover exceptional products, wherever they are. Inspired by customer feedback, I wanted to offer direct access to local products, reminiscent of the flavors and authenticity of yesteryear. The name "Saucback" symbolizes this return to basics: "Sauc" for saucisson, and "back" for "like before".

A quality approach at the heart of our mission

At Saucback, we are committed to offering carefully selected products. We highlight cured meats that are:

  • Made with high-quality ingredients.
  • Without added nitrites to preserve natural flavors.
  • GMO-free and, for part of our range, collagen-free.
Our collaboration with passionate artisans guarantees high standards and respect for traditions.

From producer to your table

No more products forgotten on store shelves. With Saucback, your saucissons, chorizos, and other artisanal delights are delivered directly from the producer. This short supply chain preserves freshness, guarantees impeccable hygiene, and extends the shelf life of the products.

Tips for fully enjoying our products

To support you, we have created a guide to help you store and enjoy our products: how to keep your cured meats tender, dry them, or even freeze them. Our goal is to offer you a unique experience with every tasting.
