Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time and free of charge, from your customer account. You can also skip a delivery or pause your subscription.
When am I charged?
Only when each order ships, never in advance. You get a reminder e-mail 3 days before each renewal.
Can I change the products in my pack?
Yes: e-mail us at contact@saucback.com before your next delivery and we will adjust your pack. The frequency can be changed directly from your customer account.
How much is shipping?
Our usual rates apply. France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Portugal: pickup point free from €25, home delivery free from €50. Other EU countries: €14.99, free from €80. Every parcel is vacuum-packed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
Do the free pack gifts apply to subscriptions?
No: the free products from “Build my pack” apply to one-time purchases. The subscription saves you 10% on every delivery, for as long as you like.
