TASTING
For a successful appetizer, a few simple steps are all it takes.
1. Take everything out 20 minutes beforehand β each cured meat reveals its aromas at room temperature.
2. Slice thinly the sausage and chorizo into rounds, and the fuet diagonally.
3. Arrange the board: add gherkins, country bread or baguette, and a few olives.
4. Wine pairing: a CΓ΄tes-du-RhΓ΄ne for the sausage and chorizo, a Cava or Grenache for the fuet.
