Our clients speak best of us

Emile

The sausage is of very good quality, the meat/fat mixture is perfectly balanced, and as for the casing, it is undoubtedly natural.
As a fan of dry cured meats, I am truly delighted to have tasted this wonderful discovery. I highly recommend it.

The Artisanal "Altitude" Saucisson is the work of Philippe, an artisanal charcutier in Auvergne whose expertise has been passed down for three generations. Handmade, in natural casing, slowly cured in a drying room — no compromises, no industrial shortcuts.

Its natural white bloom on the surface is a sign of traditional, respected curing. It brings those subtle notes of forest floor, characteristic of exceptional mountain saucissons. The texture is dense and melt-in-your-mouth, the taste frank, deep, and authentic.

This is the saucisson our grandparents used to eat — the one whose taste we've been searching for years in supermarkets, without ever finding it.

Our clients speak best of us

A sausage like in the old days! Marie-Claire T. – Lyon

"I had been looking for a sausage that reminded me of my grandfather, the butcher, for a long time. I finally found it! The texture is perfect, the flavor is pronounced without being too strong. You can really taste the artisanal craftsmanship behind it. Delivery was fast and the packaging was careful. I highly recommend it!"

Best apéritif of the year Julien R. – Bordeaux

"Ordered for a dinner with friends and everyone asked where I got it from. The sausage is generous, well-seasoned, with a beautiful bloom on the surface. It's a far cry from the bland industrial products found in supermarkets. This is already my second order!"

Very good, delivery a little long Eric M. – Nantes

"The product is really excellent, tasty and nice and dry just as I like it. The only downside was that delivery took 5 days, which made me wait. But once it arrived, you quickly forget! I'll be ordering again for the holidays."

A gift that everyone loves Sophie D. – Toulouse.

"I gave it to my father for his birthday and he was delighted. The gift box is beautifully presented, perfect for gifting. The sausage itself is a true marvel — melt-in-your-mouth, fragrant, with that subtle hint of hazelnut that you only find in quality charcuterie. Bravo!"

Authentic and generous Sauce Patrick B. – Clermont-Ferrand

"As an Auvergnat, I'm particular about cured meats. Well, Saucback pleasantly surprised me. Their sausage stands up against the best local products.

Good size, great texture, and a truly fair price for an artisanal product.

Buy without hesitation."

Hooked since the first slice Camille V. – Paris

"I stumbled upon Saucback by chance and I absolutely don't regret it. The sausage is delicious, tender but not greasy, with perfectly balanced spices. I enjoyed it with a good glass of red wine and it was perfect. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a question. Excellent!"
